Folk Culture on Epilepsy

 

The curing arts were and are exercised by doctors and by healers, shamans, apothecaries and by a multitude of men and women who have sought, through science or other means, to heal the suffering of the sick.

This section has an ethnographic character and aims to record some popular traditions and prescriptions found in the research on the ways to cure epilepsy.
